Job Description Job Description Position Responsibilities As an IT Specialist for a small but fast-growing company, you will support day-to-day technical operations and help ensure all systems run smoothly. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on experience across multiple areas of IT, including user support, system maintenance, and basic network troubleshooting. Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), your duties will include the following: Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees (account setup, permissions, equipment distribution) Monitor and maintain internal systems, including email, file storage, and security tools Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking Support cybersecurity initiatives, including user access controls and basic security practices Assist with implementation of new software, systems, or technology upgrades Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical support and services Position Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of relevant IT or technical support experience Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP) is a plus Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with the ability to support non-technical users Company Description Founded, built, and supported 100% in the USA, Integra Loan Tech has been changing the landscape of lending technology since 1996.
