Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs. Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up. Manage a high-volume customer schedule while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Consistently achieve and exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals. Turn every customer interaction into a long-term relationship. What We're Looking For We aren't looking for someone who simply writes repair orders. We're looking for someone who: Has previous Service Advisor or automotive service sales experience. Qualifications Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong sales and communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Computer and technology proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation Top performers have the opportunity to earn: $100,000–$150,000+ annually.
