Pay & Perks

• Production & Assembly: $19.00$20.00 per hour
• Forklift: Additional $2.50/hour premium

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Assembly or Production team member, you will help manufacture front and rear bumpers for GM. Responsibilities may include:

• Performing basic automotive assembly
• Operating production equipment and tools
• Completing quality inspections and checks
• Following detailed work instructions
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Following all company and safety procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Standing and moving for extended periods
• Working independently while contributing to a team

Forklift Opportunities

Qualified forklift candidates can earn an additional $2.50 per hour premium. Forklift responsibilities may include safely moving materials and supporting production operations throughout the facility.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, motivated candidates who are ready to work and grow with a strong production team. Requirements:

• Previous automotive and/or production experience required
• Forklift experience required for forklift positions
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be comfortable working 1012 hour shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Must be nicotine-free to be eligible for hire-in
