Senior Billing Specialist

Billing SpecialistAssist the Billing Manager in implementing solid, cost-recoverable T&M and Lump Sum billings to ensure that we always maximize our billing potential. Gain credibility with internal & external stakeholders. Serve as a back up to each staff member in the billing department in their respective roles. Prepare monthly billing projections and invoices with all assembled documentation on a timely basis. Assist PMs with Job Cost reports and analysis. Assist PMs with maintaining change order logs. Research and resolve job/project cost issues through investigation and analysis. Maintain regional responsibility for researching issues and explaining and/or training personnel to Company's accounting software. Serve as a back up to all billing functions, including invoice entry, document preparation, document storage, and address any other billing/cost related questions and issues with project managers and sales managers. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by Manager.
