Wendy's - 2324 6th Street - Responsibilities: Lead the planning process for daily operations to guarantee every shift is set up to deliver the best customer service; Conduct regular huddles and Talk to Me communications to keep teams aligned on priorities and customer experience; Supervise shifts and manage staffing per Daily Operations Plan to ensure proper coverage and labor efficiency; Analyze Voice of the Customer reports to identify speed and friendliness opportunities and coach staff accordingly; Assist General Manager with recruiting, training, and coaching crew and Team Trainers; maintain restaurant communication boards and labor budgets
