Neurodiagnostic Technologist II/III - EMU/EEG

The Neurodiagnostic Technologist works in the neurodiagnostic laboratories performing any one or more of the following procedures: Electroencephalography (EEG), Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), and long-term monitoring (LTM). The technologist is responsible for complete and accurate patient preparation, data acquisition, providing a safe testing environment and must demonstrate competent skills and knowledge in one or more of these areas. If applicable, you must also be able to work within the EEG/EMU on call schedule including but not limited to after hours, nights and weekends on a rotational basis. This position can be filled by a Tech II or III. Our technologists are responsible for complete and accurate patient preparation, data acquisition, providing a safe testing environment, and must demonstrate minimum competency, skill, and knowledge in neurodiagnostic procedural testing in the area of hire.
