Our agency is continuing to grow and Allstate - Kevin"Scooby" Hutchins Agency wants you! As an award winning Agency , we are always looking to stay one step ahead of the game. We also train those on how to achieve their dreams!
Salary $2,500- $3,500 per month plus commissions and bonuses. Current Agents range between $6k - $15k per month.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Answer INCOMING LIVE LEADS and Call Current warm leads looking for Home and Auto quotes
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
A Property Casualty license is bonus will train good individual
Prior Sales Experience
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
