What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary contact for customer freight requests via phone and email. Enter and update load information and customer notes in the AS400 system. Monitor loads and provide timely pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates. Coordinate with load planners, driver managers, and tank wash locations to meet customer requirements.
