Job Summary
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position is located in Evanston, Illinois. This role involves floating to multiple hospitals within the region, primarily Evanston and Glenbrook. Candidates are required to bring their Illinois license on the first day of assignment. The position offers nights shift coverage with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). CCRN certification is preferred. Candidates must have EPIC charting experience, two or more years of ICU experience (Cardiac and/or neuro experience preferred). Additional requirements include a passed EKG test with at least 80% accuracy, submission of an updated resume, Skills Checklist completed within the past 12 months, and one reference completed within the past 12 months.
• Additional Information: This is a floating position with potential assignments at various hospitals including Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie. The nurse will work a night shift schedule, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Orientation is scheduled on Mondays, with hours totaling 16 hours prior to start. Credentials must be submitted by Thursday before the start date.
