Investment Operations Specialist

Overview We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join our client's growing team. This position is hybrid in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Processand reconcilesecurities trades across accounting and order management systems to ensure accurate and timely settlement. Monitorstraight-through trade processing and resolved exceptions requiring manual intervention. Investigatetrade discrepancies, pricing deviations, and reconciliation breaks, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues. Coordinatedaily portfolio cash flows, including trade execution, confirmations, and liquidity management activities. Supportportfolio rebalancing and allocation events to maintain target investment allocations. Generatecash flow projections and ensured automated system feeds and manual adjustments were accurately reflected in reporting. Communicatewith internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade issues and ensure accurate transaction processing. Collaboratewith trade processing and operations teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet operational deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience in investment operations, trade processing, securities operations, or financial services. Understanding of trade lifecycle processes, reconciliation, and portfolio cash management. Proficiency with financial systems, order management platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in deadline-driven environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
