Day and Night rotating shifts: 3x12 hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Stepdown Unit, providing high-quality care to patients. You'll have the opportunity to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed, based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Stepdown Unit setting.

Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as needed. Assist in patient assessments and care planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent nursing experience in the specialty applying for, with at least 18 months of recent Stepdown experience.

Active Ohio or compact state RN license is required at the time of submission. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are necessary. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate certification required.
