Mid-sized law firm with multiple locations in California is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Attorney. This role can be HYBRID REMOTE OR FULLY REMOTE, BUT THIS PERSON MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA. This role involves representing clients in subrogation matters. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience + a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefit.Responsibilities:• Represent clients effectively in subrogation and worker's compensation cases• Utilize civil litigation skills to handle legal matters• Draft and argue motions as part of the legal process• Exhibit strong analytical skills through thorough research and examination of cases• Provide high quality, cost-effective legal representation for clients• Manage a diverse community of clients, attorneys, and staff• Utilize subrogation claim knowledge in legal proceedings• Apply civil litigation experience to handle complex cases• Travel occasionally as required by cases or clients• Maintain good standing with the California State Bar.
