Exciting Opportunity for a CT Tech!

Job Description:

- Position : CT Tech
- Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30)
- Start Date : ASAP
- On-Call Requirement : Yes, 2-4 nights of call per month
- Weekend Requirement : Yes, Saturday and Sunday, 14:00 - 22:30
- Block Schedule : Yes
- Patient Ratios : 1:1
- Staffing Needs : 1.0 FTE Saturday/Sunday/Monday (1400-2230) plus two additional variable 8-hour shifts
- Facility Type : Short Term Acute Care, 109 total staff beds
- Scrub Color : Any Color; provided for OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child
- Charting System : Epic
- Special Requirements :
- BLS and ARRT certifications required
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills in Adult Acute Care and Adult Outpatient procedures
- Familiarity with equipment such as GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba
- Experience with various imaging exams (Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, etc.)

- Patient Care Details :
- Age Groups: Infants, Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services
- Expect to perform both CT and radiology exams during night shifts

- Orientation : 40 hours
- Pre-Approved Time Off : Two days off in a row each week
- Submission Requirements :
- Must have a compact state license in hand at submission
- References: Two required covering 1 year of experience in the last 3 years
- Must provide response on previous work at any Providence facility
