As an ALS Paramedic with MedStar Health’s Emergency Services team, you deliver advanced life support in diverse pre-hospital and interfacility settings across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You perform rapid assessment, triage, and critical interventions, including airway management, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring, while collaborating closely with ED and transport teams. In our patient-first, mission-driven culture, you’ll leverage advanced protocols, robust training, and interprofessional support to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our diverse communities.
