Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The Radiologic Technologist will support an urgent care setting by performing X-ray exams, assisting with front office and back office clinical activities, processing point-of-care tests and specimens, and supporting minor procedures under provider direction. The role requires interaction with pediatric and adult patients in a fast-paced clinic environment and frequent use of the electronic medical record.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited college in Radiologic Technology.
• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in MA required.
• ARRT certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with radiographic imaging protocols for adult and pediatric patients.
• Previous EMR experience required; prior experience with EPIC preferred.
• Ability to perform front office registration and payment processing and to document clinical encounters in the EMR.
• Ability to obtain and process patient specimens for point-of-care tests and send-out labs.
• Reliable transportation for travel between urgent care locations as needed.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume urgent care center or emergency room preferred.
• Experience training or onboarding new staff preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 to 21:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Position is for an urgent care setting in Boston, MA.
• Candidates must be able to travel to multiple urgent care locations as required.
