We recruit across the full spectrum of People Operations, including compensation, HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave administration, shared services, and program management. As Anduril scales, these functions grow in complexity and criticality, and the quality of the people we bring in directly shapes how the company supports its workforce.ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting across People Operations, partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across every sub-function on the team. You will build deep partnerships with your hiring managers, becoming a trusted extension of their teams, while developing real relationships with candidates throughout the process. This will require the versatility to context-switch across searches that demand very different domain fluency, candidate pools, and assessment approaches. In a given week you might be sourcing a Senior Compensation Analyst, screening an HRIS implementation lead, and closing a Payroll Manager. You will need to learn each sub-function well enough to credibly evaluate candidates and advise hiring managers on talent strategy, market dynamics, and role design.
