This role is key to ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of vehicle titles to company dealerships and business partners. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process both physical and electronic vehicle title documents, including applications, transfers, and lien releases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Verify the authenticity of title documents, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth title transfers and registrations.
• Provide outstanding support to customers, dealerships, and internal staff on title-related questions and issues, solving problems as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with state and federal title regulations to maintain compliance and keep accurate records of all processed titles.
• Collaborate with various departments such as finance and sales, as well as external agencies like the DMV, to facilitate title processing.
• Operate title processing software and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring systems run smoothly.
• Generate and analyze reports on title processing metrics, offering insights for process improvements.
• Maintain a valid notary license and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.

Qualifications :

• A valid notary license
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle title regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle discrepancies in paperwork.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with title processing software and related office technology.
• Experience in a similar role or knowledge of vehicle title processes is a plus.
