Custodian - Full-time Job ID: 2494 Job Summary Provides custodial support for the School District in order to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Clean, wash, dust, polish, scrub, strip, seal, wax, buff, vacuum, sweep and mop the building facility, furniture and equipment. Stock and maintain custodial areas. Conduct cleanup of bodily fluids. Lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, perform repetitive motion tasks. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Previous custodial building maintenance and outside grounds experience desired. Special Knowledge, Skills, Certificates, Licensure Required Special class or greater Minnesota boilers license required prior to probationary period ending. Minnesota class D or greater driver's license may be required. General knowledge in building electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems desired.
