THE JOB: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within our various retail locations. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness. Participate in our sales incentive program, where you’re rewarded for achieving sales goals.
