We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is searching for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences after neurologic injury or impairment in the outpatient setting. This Physical Therapist will provide neuro‑specialized treatment to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists. Patient care is comprised of an individualized one‑on‑one treatment approach for patients with a focus on regaining functional independence and safe mobility after neurologic events such as stroke, hemorrhage or spinal cord injury. All services are provided in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with new exercise evidence‑based equipment to aid in providing the highest level of care to the diverse population of Gwinnett County.
