Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist Location: Mahwah, NJ 07430 (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $42.00 / hour

Position Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend or convert to permanent)

Randstad is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide critical operational support to our global medical manufacturing cleints sales management team. In this role, you will act as an individual contributor, leveraging your professional expertise to plan and coordinate projects that directly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force.

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a closely related analytical/operational role.
• A university degree is preferred, or an equivalent extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through hands-on professional experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide high-level operational and administrative backing to the sales management team.
• Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine processes and procedures to streamline the overall sales cycle.
• Project Coordination: Plan and execute projects aimed at boosting the productivity and effectiveness of the sales force.
• Data & Metrics Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities to support key performance metrics and data-driven process improvements.
• System Requirements: Participate in defining and developing requirements for future sales support systems and tools.
• Independent Analysis: Evaluate factual information and apply sound judgment to solve discipline-specific challenges with minimal supervision.
