Residential Construction Sales Representative – Drive Revenue Growth for CARE-Property Services, Inc.

Job Overview

• Company: CARE-Property Services, Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $42,500.00 annual base training wage for first 90 days; transitions to 100% commission at 10% or $42,500.00 salary plus 5% commission after 60 days
• Location: Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Project Scope: Concrete lifting/leveling, basement waterproofing, weatherization, egress windows, and residential kitchen/bath remodeling
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License

The Opportunity

You will drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share within a defined territory as a key sales leader. This role gives you direct autonomy to build lasting client relationships while delivering high-value residential solutions. You will have the direct support of an established brand to maximize your commission earnings.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Run all allocated leads promptly while strictly following defined sales processes.
• Perform thorough site assessments to build precise, profitable project quotes.
• Sell core product lines to achieve or exceed individual territory targets.
• Ensure all customer recommendations are accurately captured within final quotes.
• Partner closely with production managers and installation crews for smooth job handoffs.
• Create and execute targeted localized marketing plans to generate high-quality leads.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in residential construction sales or estimating.
• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• Proven digital proficiency with laptops, tablets, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Construction Management, or Marketing.
• Active Green Trust Certification in Mold and Water Mitigation/Fire Restoration.
• Experience selling specialty contracting, waterproofing, or remodeling services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible commission structures including 100% commission at 10% or base salary plus 5% commission.
• Upfront commission payouts after full deposit or completed installation clearance.
