Team Lead

Team Lead Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf‑care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities Guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules. Review and support development and revisions of current and future product line work instruction. Adjust workflow and tasks based on manpower available and work needed per area. Assist team members and troubleshoot issues while maintaining takt time. Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation of solutions. Responsible to ensure that all company supplied tools used are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of following shift. Assist quality teams in testing, identification of defects, and other efforts, as necessary. Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
