Pediatric Homecare RN/LPN Opportunities | Trach, Vent & Complex Care Cases

Family First Homecare is seeking compassionate registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients throughout Iowa.

Requirements:

Active Iowa RN or LPN license
New graduates encouraged to apply
Training available for nurses new to pediatric homecare

Compensation:

LPN: $27-$31/hr
RN: $30-$34/hr
Shift differentials available on select cases

Current high acuity openings:

Slater: Full-time nights Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. Trach/vent case. Feeding tube, catheter, oxygen, seizure management.
Des Moines: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. Friday 6:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overnight shifts available. Trach, ventilator, feeding tube care.
Pleasant Hill: Days and nights available. Multiple shift lengths available. Trach, ventilator, bipap.
Hampton: Monday-Friday overnights, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. G-tube, trach, ventilator.
Cromwell: Saturdays 12:00 AM-6:00 AM. Feeding tube, trach.
