Talent Associate

FUSE is hiring aTalentAssociateto join the platform team and play a pivotal role in helping our founders findand retain world-classtalent. You’ll work directly with startup founders, operators, and the investment team to strengthen ourtalentnetwork, build scalabletalentprograms, and ensure our companies have the right people in place to succeed. This is an outward-facing role that requires proactive, outbound candidate sourcing and direct engagement with top operators. The right person is energized by building relationships from scratch and is excited to play a critical role in scaling early-stage technology companies. Key Responsibilities Partner with founders and the investment team to identify and prioritize critical hiring needs Source and vet top-tier candidates for key functional roles across engineering, product, and go-to-market Maintain and grow FUSEtalent& operator network, including candidate CRM and job board Build scalable internal systems for tracking and maintaining candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes Ideal Background 2–5 years of experience in recruiting,talentoperations, or people/talentat a startup, venture capital, or private equity firm High EQ and strong relationship-building skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Operationally strong with excellent follow-through and attention to detail Salary & Benefits Salary: based on experience and potential Fully covered medical, dental and vision benefits 401k matching Flexible time off Location Bellevue, WA (in-person, 5 days/week) #J-18808-Ljbffr
