This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.**Pay Range:** $17.48 - $19.00 per hour, DOE### **Position Summary**The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, ensuring all areas meet health, safety, and infection control standards.### **Key Responsibilities*** Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces* Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly* Clean windows, walls, and fixtures as needed* Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas* Follow facility infection control and safety protocols* Report maintenance or safety concerns to management* Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned### **Qualifications*** Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred* Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures* Strong attention to detail and reliability* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods* Knowledge of infection control practices preferred* Supportive team environment* Opportunity for growth within the organization* Meaningful work serving our communityWe are an equal opportunity employer.
