Responsibilities The Operating Room Clinical Support Technician (CST) will scrub on a variety of surgical cases, assist surgeons, anticipate their needs, and apply knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique. Qualifications Exceptional skills and qualifications: Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program (preferred). One year of Operating Room experience (preferred). Certified Surgical Technologist, certification required within six months of hire (preferred or required). Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal communication skills (required). Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi‑task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness (required).
