Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with an active Texas OT license, you’ll make a meaningful impact providing services district-wide, covering seven schools with a varied caseload. This part-time position is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while still engaging in direct service work that shapes student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• School-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple campuses
• Passion for supporting K-12 learners with diverse needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals to students throughout the district
• Conduct thorough assessments and help develop individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to integrate therapy in the educational environment
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Provide consultation and training for staff and caregivers as needed
• Travel between district’s seven schools as part of the role

Details & Highlights:

• Contract assignment running from August 17, 2026, to May 27, 2027
• Two days per week (16 hours)
• K-12 caseload covering the entire district
• Competitive weekly pay at $50 per hour
