Date Posted: 2026-05-22 | Location: US-FL-JUPITER-ADR, 17900 Beeline Hwy, ADR BLDG Position Summary Assembly and Test Inspector – MRO Commercial Engine Center (Onsite, 2nd Shift). Labor Grade 5. Security clearance: not required. Shift Details Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight, with a shift differential for 2nd shift. Responsibilities Use a wide variety of power and mechanical tools to perform functional checks on engine assembly and components. Perform dimensional and visual inspections following standardized methods and established techniques, including surface plate work and standard measuring techniques to verify accuracy of parts, tools, gauges, or other equipment. Accept or reject material based on inspection findings, following written inspection procedures and engineering drawings. Plan and perform dimensional and/or visual inspection on parts, tools, gauges, and other equipment using applicable written instructions. Refer material for rework or quality review as required. Use a variety of fixed, variable measuring instruments and automated measuring machines, program instructions, and record results. Perform necessary mathematical computations to resolve extent of nonconformance and complete appropriate paperwork. Follow proper procedures to perform in‑line checks and verifications of dimensions, ensuring operation sheets are followed. Carry out tasks within the scope and skill level of this job description to support department objectives and develop individual skills. Qualifications High school graduate or GED. Two years of formal training in power‑plant mechanics and testing. Preferred Qualifications Anti‑Corrosion (A&P) license. Experience working from complicated drawings, specifications, procedures, and instructions to fabricate, configure, install, remove/replace, and set up power systems, components, modules, and associated equipment. Experience working with Solumina, SFWF, or similar programs. Ability to obtain and maintain certifications to operate powered industrial vehicles.
