Data Quality Lead

Job Description Location: Minneapolis, MN Responsibilities: Own end-to-end data quality strategy across RMN; define standards, validation, and reconciliation; drive cross-team coordination (Product, Eng, Ops, P2P); establish data ownership & accountability reporting. Data quality & governance frameworks. Strong SQL / analytics. Cross-functional leadership. Data lifecycle expertise (capture → flow → reporting). Stakeholder & program management. Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in data quality. Compensation: $60,000 to $135,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
