• Assist in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples meticulously for testing.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor newcomers, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory guidelines and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, accompanied by eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is expected throughout your tenure.
