Position Summary The facility is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Inpatient Neurologist to join its expanding hospital-based neurology program in Hagerstown, MD. Essential Position Responsibilities * Conduct inpatient neurological assessments and consultations. * Manage acute conditions such as stroke, seizure, neuroinflammatory disorders, and other emergent neurologic presentations. * Collaborate with hospital leadership, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care. * Interpret EEGs, MRIs, CT scans, and other diagnostic studies. * Participate in structured rounds, case discussions, and quality initiatives. * Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EMR. * Contribute to ongoing clinical improvement programs and staff education. Qualifications * Education: MD or DO from an accredited school. * Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology; eligible for Maryland licensure. * Experience: Prior inpatient experience preferred; new grads welcome. * Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills.
