Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Central Florida region . You’ll represent our blinds and shades calling on window covering retailers, showrooms, and designers. This is a field sales position ideal for a self-starter with industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a book of dealer accounts in your territory
• Visit retail dealers to present product lines and promotions
• Build strong relationships and provide support to existing customers
• Report on sales activity, customer needs, and market trends
• Attend local industry events and trade shows

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the window coverings or home décor markets
• Knowledge of blinds, shades, and motorized solutions is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40,000–$70,000/year (depending on experience)
• Commission: Tiered up to 5% of sales, with performance bonuses
• Monthly car allowance ($500) + travel expense reimbursement
• Paid time off after 6 months
• Paid training and marketing support
