Dermatology Patient Concierge & Scheduler

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, register them, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate scheduling. You will handle phone calls, appointments, and patient communications to maintain a high level of patient service within the office. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years in customer service, with preferred candidates having a bachelor’s degree and related medical terminology knowledge.
