Quick Facts: Location: York, PA (1001 South George Street, York, PA 17403) Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Day shifts, varied (e.g., 06:15-16:45, 06:30-16:30, 07:00-17:00) - willing to take night beeper call 1-2 nights/week Hours/Week: 40-50 hours/week (4-5 ten-hour shifts) Employment Type: Full-time contract Licensure/Certifications: PA license or IMLC LOQ, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, ACLS, PALS Experience: At least 2 years preferred, cardiac anesthesia experience a plus Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $406.48/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for cardiac surgeries and procedures in a Level I Trauma hospital Collaborate with surgeons and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Manage anesthesia plans across a broad case mix, including complex and emergent cases Take on night beeper call responsibilities (1-2 nights/week) Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR Support a team environment focused on safety and excellence in care Contribute to patient education and follow-up care What You Need: Valid PA medical license or IMLC LOQ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology ACLS and PALS certifications Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably with cardiac cases Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills About the Assignment: Join a welcoming team at a leading hospital in York, PA, delivering high-quality anesthesia care in a facility known for its diverse case mix and Level I Trauma designation.
