You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

Set hourly rate $20

Most team members average $25- $30 an hour

Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

We fuel your success — once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.

1st Round Phone Interview with Recruiter

2nd Round In Person Interview with Hiring Team

Schedule: 40 hours weekly
