Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Using the Pick Ticket, pick order correctly checking style, size, quantity, and team according to customer order requirementsNotify supervisor of any stock errors or garment issues, regarding quality or style specifications, for example wrong or missing patches, goods located in wrong areaCut down empty boxes when working in the forward pick area and taking them to the closest gaylord container availableOther duties as assigned by supervisor or managerRequirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to work standing for extended periods of timeMust be able to work a production shift with overtime as necessary (i.e.: flexible hrs)Must be able to produce work in an incentive base system and maintain an 85% performance rating.Work independentlyGood attendance recordKnowledgeable in the use of RF (Radio Frequency) Hand-Held scanning equipmentWork well with othersTake direction (changing jobs throughout the day)
