Earn $70,000 - $140,000+ a year! 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation & Sick Time Employee Discounts on Products & Services & Vehicle Purchase Plans Full-time Position, 5-Day Work Week Clearly Defined Career Path for Advancement Responsibilities Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work Greet customers and inspect their vehicle Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customer Listen to customer’s reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car Follow the status of the customer\'s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work Act as a liaison between customers and our Service Technicians Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business Other duties may be assigned Requirements MUST have at least 2 years’ experience as a service consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility CDK experience is a plus! Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus!
