What You’ll Do: As a Dining Server, you’ll play a hands‑on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Provid ing personalized dining service, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean‑up procedures . Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements . Inspect ing dining supplies, utensils and equipment , recommending replacements as needed . Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members . Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience in a fast‑paced environment ; this is an entry‑level position for those with a strong interest in the senior living industry. Ability to work early, mid, or early‑evening shifts (no late nights!). Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
