The Position: Ultrasound Technologist ~ Imaging Services

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period : 72 hours

Shift: Day shift (7AM – 4:30PM, 4 days per week); on-call duties including Holiday call rotation

Compensation: $35.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform Ultrasound examinations independently and competently (General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, Procedures, MSK, etc.)
• Assist Interventional Radiologist with procedures as needed
• Accurate charting in the Epic EMR and Sectra PACS
• Keep certifications and continuing education up to date
• Good communication and patient care skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a two-year Ultrasound Program
• 5+ years of Ultrasound experience preferred

Certifications and Licenses:

• ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN or Abdomen; RVT preferred in addition
• BLS CPR Certification
• Radiologic Technologist License

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our I CARE team in the Radiology/Imaging setting. Essential duties of the position include performing ultrasound examinations independently and competently, assisting the radiologist as needed, and accurate patient charting for efficient patient results.
