UX/UI Copywriter

This role leads UX writing across the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile digital experiences, working inside Full Bars (our in-house agency) to make complicated processes, plans, and policies sound simple, human, and clear. The work spans product flows, in-app messaging, error states, onboarding, and account management moments where trust and clarity matter most. This person also flexes into brand copywriting when needed, jumping into writing emails, blog posts, or a funny one liner for social. The role partners closely with product, design and brand teams to translate complexity into language our customers actually understand and enjoy reading.

Responsibilities :

• Write and edit UX copy across product flows, including onboarding, account management, error states, and notifications that is clear, concise, and true to each brand's voice
• Translate complex, technical or legal information into simple, human language with losing accuracy
• Step in on copywriting projects as needed, including email campaigns, digital ads, blog posts, and social content, matching tone and format to the channel
• Present creative copy concepts and rationale to stakeholders during review sessions to facilitate feedback and alignment
• Collaborate with designers and team members to develop content strategies and creative concepts for projects
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX writing resources such as style guides and templates
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including assistance with onboarding processes
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include English, Creative Writing or related field (Preferred)
• 3+ years of social, digital marketing, or merchandising copywriting experience in an agency or corporate environment, with formal copy training and a strong portfolio. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $62,150 - $112,200

National Base Pay Range: $56,500 - $102,000

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
