Sr. Project Manager

Our client, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support their Digital and Social Media team in managing projects, with a particular focus on bringing the team’s monthly social media content calendar to life. The client is especially interested in someone who takes initiative, brings thoughtful suggestions to the table, is receptive to feedback, and uses data and insights to support recommendations. Compensation & Location Rate: Up to $48/hr. Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Hybrid 3 days Responsibilities Manage Social Media and Digital team projects, with a strong focus on the monthly content calendar. Lead communication around project timelines, status updates, deliverables, and potential risks with the project team and Head of Social Media. Ensure projects launch on time, within scope, and meet established expectations and quality standards. Facilitate the development of project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and schedules. Write clear and effective project briefs and ensure stakeholders have the information needed to execute successfully. Coordinate with in-house marketers, copywriters, creatives, and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward. Manage external vendors and partners as needed to ensure deliverables stay on track. Serve as the marketing team’s partner for requests outside of marketing-led projects, allocating resources appropriately and efficiently. Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Identify potential roadblocks or risks early and proactively recommend solutions. Ensure project teams follow established processes, documentation, standards, frameworks, and best practices. Leverage project management tools, ideally Trello, to maintain schedules, workflows, deadlines, and project visibility. Review relevant social media performance and data to help inform recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay knowledgeable about social media platforms and understand the workflow, timing, approvals, and coordination required to bring a social media calendar from brief to launch. Required Qualifications 6+ years of professional Project Management experience, specifically managing advertising and creative projects. Proven experience managing complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience partnering with social media, marketing, copywriters, and creative teams, including managing content calendars. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content workflows. Skilled in writing briefs, developing timelines, and managing deliverables from kickoff through launch. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills with strong attention to detail. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative, move quickly, and incorporate feedback. Comfortable using data and insights to inform recommendations and decisions. Experience with project management tools; Trello strongly preferred. Ability to work onsite in Plantation Tuesday–Thursday. Must have a personal laptop for onsite and remote work.
