Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation , a 109-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care .

Work alongside a strong therapy team and collaborative nursing staff in a facility that fosters autonomy, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care.

• Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions.

• Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities.

• Educate residents and caregivers on continuing home exercise and therapy.

• Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Current PT license in the state of practice

• BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
