PROMAN Staffing well-established and respected facility in Owensboro, KY We are now accepting resumes for Forklift Operators who are dependable, versatile, and strong team players. Must have Forklift experience. Shift & Hours: 1st: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM | 40 Hours a week | Monday through Friday | One Saturday a month | Over-time is mandatory

Job Summary:

• Perform loading and unloading of customer goods while maintaining product integrity
• Perform routine inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality
• Process and maintain accurate paperwork for all shipments and inventory transactions
• Verify product counts and match shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, storage areas, and workstations
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by management
• Ensure proper placement and movement of inventory in accordance with company procedures

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to industrial conditions
• Non-temperature-controlled facility with varying environmental conditions

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable forklift experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
• Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements as required
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs. consistently
