Starbucks Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering the exceptional Starbucks experience. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, coach and mentor partners, and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the store team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring all beverages and food items meet Starbucks standards Manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity and meet financial targets Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-focused culture Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and store policies Qualifications: Previous retail or food service management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for customer service and team development Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Competitive wages Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance Discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels Training, development, and career advancement opportunities Why Join Concord?
