Parent/Child Instructor Join The Little Gym International as a Parent/Child Instructor. This role involves conducting classes with children aged 4 months to 3 years and their caregivers, utilizing our proven curriculum and lesson plans. Location & Pay Dallas, TX The base pay range is $15.00/hr - $19.00/hr. Full‑time positions offer additional benefits. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer assistance and membership experiences. Conduct Parent/Child program classes and facilitate the weekly lesson plan. Utilize pre‑created lesson plans and music, focused on engaging, fun, and skill‑building activities. Support a positive, community‑oriented environment that impacts children’s confidence and development. Qualifications Experience working with children 4 months to 3 years old. Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is advantageous but not required. Mature, energetic, and capable of creating a playful environment for kids.
