Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and challenges, tailoring your approach based on individual situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that support recovery and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers—to coordinate integrated treatment plans that enhance clients’ overall health and wellness.

• Advocate for clients, linking them to community resources that can provide additional support services essential for their recovery.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track therapy outcomes and compliance.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, engaging in case consultations and continuing education opportunities to further develop your clinical competencies and keep abreast of best practice methodologies.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
