Job Summary The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for managing print production activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting project coordination. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing workflow organization, and maintaining high‑quality standards. Essential Job Responsibilities Manage print production activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Support project coordination and workflow organization. Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Manage quality assurance and operations support. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in print production coordination. Skills: Adobe Acrobat, Communication, Data Entry, Detail‑Oriented, Mail Services, Microsoft Office, Operations Support, Print Production, Prioritization, Project Coordination, Self‑Management, Workflow Organization. Certifications: Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP). Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
