Mental Health Therapist

Overview Ellie Mental Health is hiring an outpatient mental health therapist in Woodbridge, VA. Location Woodbridge, Virginia. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis and develop treatment plans. Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client visits per week. Document sessions, treatment plans, and case notes per policy. Collaborate with case managers, families, staff, and schools. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and provide excellent customer service. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field; licensure in progress or current (LCSW, LPC, etc.). Experience with diagnosis, treatment plan creation, and case note documentation. Strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate client boundaries. Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant a plus). Fully licensed clinicians are preferably credentialed with insurance panels. Bi‑lingual is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with adults, couples, and families. Knowledge of outpatient therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Salary range: $65,000–$90,000 annually (plus benefits and commissions). Compensation is competitive; there is flexible work-from-home availability.
