Location: Greater San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hayward, San Jose, San Francisco & Surrounding Markets)

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 Base Salary + Commission

Year 1 OTE: $200,000+

TAKON Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing restoration services organization to identify a high-performing Commercial Sales Representative / Project Manager for the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

This role is heavily focused on business development and revenue generation while maintaining oversight of client relationships throughout project execution. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while helping drive continued growth across one of the company's most important markets.

Position Overview

The Commercial Sales Representative / Project Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic referral relationships, and managing customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

This individual will work closely with operations teams to ensure projects are executed successfully while maintaining a high level of communication and service for clients. Success in this role requires strong sales ability, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, contractors, and referral partners
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, relationship development, and strategic outreach
• Identify and pursue restoration, mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction opportunities throughout the Bay Area
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue goals
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and association meetings

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings as needed
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and referral partners
• Ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnership growth

Project Coordination

• Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to ensure successful project execution
• Assist with project scoping, proposals, estimates, and documentation as needed
• Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients regarding timelines and expectations
• Help facilitate smooth transitions between sales, operations, and project completion

Market Development

• Expand the company's presence within the Bay Area commercial property, facilities, insurance, and real estate communities
• Develop strategic relationships that drive recurring referral opportunities
• Monitor local market activity and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive activity

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and opportunities simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Bay Area

Preferred Experience

• Restoration industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling restoration, mitigation, remediation, reconstruction, commercial cleaning, facilities services, or related solutions
• Existing relationships within the Bay Area property management, facilities, insurance, or commercial real estate communities
• Familiarity with project management, estimating, or restoration workflows

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000–$140,000 Base Salary
